YEA-FRAME #2424 (CURRENTLY NOT IN STOCK) is for those of you who are interested in building a shorter length weather-tight exterior shell (less materials = less money).  There are no interior floor plans for this build, but don't let that detract you from expressing your creative side, while designing your own interior layout! 

This Single Build license for Model #2424 (24'x24') includes the following:

• The same Assembly Manual videos as the larger premier model #2436

• Building Plans (Showing Gable ends with an example of door & window schedules, since this is owner specific.)

• Materials List for #2424 (Some materials may be special order items, so coordinate with your local lumber yard as to availability).

• Official unique Build Identification Number (B.I.N.) certificate for Model#2424 will be emailed to you within 200 days.
