I am excited that customers are interested in designing their own interior space depending upon one's particular needs, however, for those of you who desire to have a floor plan included in your purchase, please add to your shopping cart the optional 2-bed, 2-bath floor plans for ease of laying out your interior. 

This Single Build license for Model #2436 (24'x36') includes the following:

• Assembly Manual videos.

• Building Plans (Showing Gable ends with an example of door & window schedules, since this is owner specific.)

• Materials List for #2436 (Some materials may be special order items, so coordinate with your local lumber yard as to availability.)

• Official unique Build Identification Number (B.I.N.) certificate for Model#2436 will be emailed to you within 200 days.
